hey risa, nice post! you should checkout http://www.pk514.com a good friend of mine who headed the Montreal presence of Parkour! his name is Jonathan Rooney / Drunkm0nk and he has done SO MUCH for the MTL community, its nice to see the women in the NY scene talk about it.
i remember there were a couple of girls involved with Parkour and pk514 a few years ago, but there wasn’t much specific attention that they were female…
