Win tickets to the Osheaga Festival without leaving your cozy web-nest

Ooh, this is exciting.

The Osheaga music festival is rolling into town Sept 8th and 9th and they’re gearing up to put 60 bands on stage in Montreal’s Ile Sainte-Hélène. They’ve got the vintage ’90s alternative Smashing Pumpkins headlining on Saturday night and chart-toppin’ UK “art-punk” group Block Party on Sunday. The festival’s also got plenty of kickass local talent in the lineup.

Much to our delight, Indyish has been asked to help spread the word about Osheaga. “The online community is hard to reach,” writes festival organizer, Michal Wielgus “and word of mouth through blogs / podcasts can be very powerful.”

In order to help spread the buzz about this event, Indyish will be raffling off a pair of tickets to the weekend-long Osheaga festival.. Fortunately, you can be entered in the draw without ever leaving the cozy nest of your on-line community…or even budging your eyes from your computer screen.

Beginning this Friday August 24th, we will post a daily question related to the festival on the blog. Each reader who provides a relevant answer in the comments section of the blog within 24 hours will be entered in the raffle. A new topic will be posted each day for one week, which means that everyone has up to seven chances to enter the draw for free.

Only one entry per person per day will be considered. Please remember to include your email address along with your comment. Email addresses will not appear on the website, but will allow us to get in touch with you if you win.

The draw will take place on Friday, August 31st during Indyish’s 6th Monthly Mess. Raffle tickets will also be on sale during that event.
