Where do you want to be on Wednesday March 28th? Should I tell you??? Should I withhold or divulge the information??? Are you scooting your chair closer to your monitor in anticipatory glee??? Let me ask you a question first. —-suspense inserted here—- Do you want to be exposed to and surrounded by art of many and varied types? Well, on Wednesday March 28th, just come on down and show up for a very eclectic and wonderful assortment of artists of all stripes and talents at the Coop Katacombes, 1222 St. Laurent. [Map]
The first installment of the Indyish Monthly Mess is about to begin!!! This performance showcase is geared towards involving many kinds of art. The first Monthly Mess will incorporate a dj, short films, poetry and short story readings, musicians and bands, as well as a few surprises; perhaps even to us!!!
If you bring donations of cans of food/books/clothes you will get $1 off per item from the already reasonable admission price of $6!!! Donations go to the Native Friendship Centre.
