Whew - finally!

Well, after months of mixing, mastering, getting artwork done and all the other stuff that has nothing to do with actually playing music, the Morph-tet’s debut CD “Morphology” is out! I’m really happy that Indyish is selling it, they’ve really helped this band every step of the way - as a matter of fact, the opportunity to play the Monthly Mess way back in April 07, gave me the momentum I needed to really take this project seriously. It’s hard to talk about the cd, really - I’ve heard the songs so many times that I don’t know if they’re good or not… but I’m happy with the end product. The room for improvement (which is always there) is not depressing at all, actually, I find it inspiring - and the band is already working on new tunes. That’s the other part about putting out a cd that I find uncomfortable… the band has progressed, and this cd is a snapshot of the project in about November. Anyhow, take a peek - there are a couple of mp3s up so you can get an idea of the sound… and if you like it, well, I’ll be happy.
