Video: Beck cites Nick Cave at Austin City Limits

Here’s an interview with Beck at Austin City Limits festival which ended on the 28th. He references Nick Cave as an early influence, the first show he remembers seeing where he thought “I want to do that.” Which is neat in particular because Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are here in Montreal this weekend for POP Montreal. We’ll have a write up of that show from one of our awesome and unruly Indyish bloggers asap. For now, the Beck interview, thanks to Roxwell:
