Straight from their mouths to the pages of the Indyish blog. I claim no editing. -Tristan
These are the facts:
1 - St. Patrick’s Day commemorates the patron saint of Ireland, Booze.
2 - Uncalled For celebrates the patron saint of comedy, Questionable Decision Making.
3 - Nothing improves Questionable Decision Making like a hefty helping of Booze.
Ergo something,
4 - An Uncalled For St. Patrick’s Day show is only appropriate if everyone involved is drunk.
So come join us next Saturday, March 15th, for the second edition of an ancient Irish tradition: Uncalled For’s Late-Night Drunken St. Paddy’s Day Improv Show!
The players will be drinking, the audience will be drinking, the shooter girls and theatre managers and flamethrowers and fire marshals will all be drinking. In the spirit of impossible-to-fulfill promises, we the players promise to consume as much alcohol as you the audience does, while simultaneously performing feats of mind-blowing mental dexterity. Does this sound like a bad idea to you? Or like the best idea ever? We’re fairly sure the answer is “yes”.
