Top 10 Indyish Blog Posts for July 2008

ok, so i’m over a day late with the Top 10 this month.. oops. To try and make up for it, i think i’ll do a little play-by-play commentary on the results for this month.

July’s most visited blog posts include a fine blend of new and older posts. Marilis took the #1 spot (up from #2 last month) and she grabbed the #4 spot as well with a Matt and Nat post (always a sure way to get into the Top 10). Risa also boarded the Matt and Nat train with a post that came in at #2 this month. Rounding out the top 5 is Sylvain’s Best of Dance 2006 (the peeps love thier dance reviews). Risa grabbed a couple of other spots in there too with posts about RZA / GZA, All Black Vogue, and Bran Van 3000. Then, there’s Tessa’s Phonopolis posts which still seems to be packing some heat (it’s been in the Top 10 before). At the #9 spot, and new on the charts, is the podcast post by rockingbear - be sure to give a listen. And last but not least, to close things up at #10, is Jonathan Stewart keeping it real while revealing to us a couple of little known canadian secrets (you’ll have to read it to find out more).
