I have a huge update in the works, but it’s 3:37am, and I need to get some sleep. So expect a huge update tomorrow evening. But for now…
After two and half years, of filming, editing, re-editing, some more re-editing, and final tweaking, the final version of Surfing the Waste: a Musical Documentary About Dumpster Diving, will be making it’s world premiere at the International Documentary Festival Amsterdam.
It’s been a long few years, with many different versions of the film being floating around, until finally in May 2008, we arrived at the final edit of the film. Parts of been cut out, brought back, moved around, and thrown away again, but we have arrived at a the complete film.
We’re all very happy with this final cut, and we also couldn’t have been happier to find out that the film is completely sold out for the premiere tomorrow afternoon!
For those of you in the Amsterdam area, the film will be screened again on the following dates and times:
Wednesday November 26, 2008
Munt 09 @ 20:00
