Screening and Wrap Party at the Acting Studio

Updated- note: the screening party is on the 12th! at 8:30!

Hey, it’s official: The Acting Studio of Montreal - the city’s premier professional performance training zone- will be hosting an Indyish wrap and screening party on Sat night, aug 12th, at 8:30pm {note! updated! 8:30, not 8!!}. The address- 1216 Stanley, #300.

Every Music Video that got made during our 24hr blizt, august 5th and 6th, will be screened at ASM on the 12th. We’ll bring the DVD’s that were submitted, but if you’d like to polish yours up a bit more, please feel free!

We really wanted to have a chance to watch all the videos that brave makers made. During the launch weekend, things were hasty to say the least, so most of us only got to see the three winners. This Saturday’s Screening at ASM will be a great opportunity for us all- musicians, organizers, movie makers- to meet each other, see the others who were slaving the night away to make a video, and see what all got made!

So great thanks to ASM!! They are into fostering talent, and helping their students create connections. And they have air conditionning and cheap beer- ideal for an August night. They are on Stanley, south of St.Catherines street, past Chez Pare and above a sushi shop.
