Profile Picture bug fixed (again), and some other updates.

This round of site updates includes one major bug fix and a few small changes.

The Profile Picture bug was fixed.
History - This was a bug that only seemed to affect Indyish members who were using Internet Explorer as their web browser.
Problem - You were unable to update or change your Indyish Profile picture. In short, the picture you wanted to use would not upload properly.
Solution - This bug was identified and fixed about 4 months ago, however, it reappeared somewhat recently (thanks for letting us know!) and has beed fixed once again. This time it should stay fixed and now everyone should be able to upload new pictures to their Indyish profiles.

A few small changes to the backend menu navigation.
First - We added a top-level navigation bar. These are just quick links to the different sections on Indyish: Blog, Podcast, Gallery, Forums, and Video.
Second - The default main navigation bar now uses “Tabbed” browsing instead of “Dropdown” menus. We started using dropdown menus a while back, but it turns out that tabbed browsing is slightly faster than dropdowns (and possibly easier to use) so tabbed should be the default.
Third - You can switch back and forth between “Tabbed” browsing and the “Dropdown” menu by going to you profile page (backend) and checking/unchecking the section marked “Use Dropdown Navigation instead of Tabs” in your personal options and then hitting “Update Profile”.
