Photos from day one of the happenings of the beer tent

by Marilis Cardinal

This was originally supposed to be only one big post and it was, well, way too big, so forgive the many many posts that technically I should have done the night of, but didn’t and enjoy the photos!

Day 1:
The first full Fringe day from which I first blogged with every intention to keep up a daily summary of the happenings that I never actually kept. Oops! We’ve been so lucky with the weather but the sun and the heat gets me so tired that I’ve taken the habit of having afternoon naps and go straight to bed when I finally make it home. So on Friday the 8th, the car art and the market was a lot to handle! There was so much going on that day that Risa just kept kind of walking back and forth everywhere while I sat comfortably in the tent watching it all happen. We had beautiful acoustic sets happening in the early afternoon and the Alexander Chow Symphonic Orchestra which I blogged about in my very first Indyish post, which surprisingly, wasn’t all that long ago!
