Philip K Dick has nothing to do with Osheaga

by Risa Dickens

Fyi for the audio curious, or anyone at home poking the Internet, hoping it’ll do something: a new Reading is up over on Indyish.com/podcast. If you secretly get a kick out of the art of foley, or dig bitter yet hilarious sci fi irony, or the idea of me doing funny voices, check it outski.

2 notes:

1. I don’t know if this is supposed to be a good Philip K Dick book. Erik told us he has some great ones and some that were written by a much younger and broker Dick. But talking about it we decided that given the odd philosophical questioning that goes on constantly in Ubik, plus the Shakespeare references, this one is probably not among the author’s more pulpy fictions. If you know more, tell me!

2. Me and the Amazon reviewer stranger unknowingly chose to quote the same page of this book - check out those reviews etc by clicking on the book below. And then file that under useless tidbits.
