One of a Kind Diva worthy Rhinestone Festoon Bib Necklace or Renaissance Revival Necklace with topaz crystals and drops. All of the parts on this necklace are vintage and they are some incredible findings, beads and spacers. The necklace is dramatic and stately – definitely RED CARPET all the way! It has a central filigree floral setting surrounded by three strands of vintage crystal and filigree spacers. On the bottom are rare vintage Swarovski Mystic Topaz barrell beads, vintage art glass cab drops and crystal beads. The closure is a gorgeous fancy designed clasp. Earrings to match with Art Nouveau brass findings and Swarovski crystal beads and drops on vintage earring findings. Necklace is a choker style and measures 15″. Earrings are perfect at 2 1/4″.
