As Indyish’s official live animal trainer (B.Sc), I feel obligated to chat you up on what a group of international artists see in our future. On display at Headquarters Gallery Boutique (1649 Amherst) are a plethora (plethora!) of conceptualized critters that, as a result of evolution, gene modification, cross-breeding or irresponsible Saturday night binging, may come to be… Ok, it’s damn unlikely any of these beasties will ever evolve, but the vision this group of visual artists conjure is amusing and frightening at the same time.

This show was smiply fantastic! Highly recommended…although some of the critters didnt tickle my fancy, overall it was a definite must-see.
