For their Third Anniversary, Mile End Cultural Center held a celebratory vernissage out at Green Room with pictures from shows that were held both there and at Main Hall, and flyers from previous shows. With the Dancing Cock Brothers getting down and funny at the beginning of the evening, an auction of pictures and antique beer cooler in profit of the Old Brewery Mission and Vintage Violence in charge of the DJ booth at 10, the evening was activity-filled and for the first time (at least, the first time I’ve ever witnessed it), Green Room was jam packed at 7PM. In a city were nothing ever starts before 10, even if it says doors at 7, it’s impressive!
