Need a dance or theatre rehearsal space?

We’ll trade you: 5 hours of free rehearsal time per week for 1.5 hours of cleaning per week. You scrub down our studio in exchange for free practice time in an ideal location.

Suite 412, 10 Pins W. (corner of St. Laurent)
20 feet by 20 feet with hardwood floors
For dance / theatre rehearsals only
Available after 5pm and on weekends anytime
Private bathroom & kitchen in space

Need to be able to commit for September to December, 1.5 hours of cleaning per week.
