Late winter depression, meet Basia Bulat

This video of Toronto’s Basia Bulat should cure all S.A.D.-related lethargy. Sure, winter’s been going on for a while, but look how happy everyone is! The clip was shot on Mount Royal in Montreal. There’s a certain eerieness to smiling that much in the dark, which goes along with my earlier thought that Torontonians are creepily happy. Should they really be allowed to parade it around our mountain like that?
