Jumpcut.com is a new service that allows its users to upload, edit, share, and create video all from within your normal web browser. That means, once you signup, you do not have to install any new software on your computer to start editing video and publishing your content online.
In addition to being an all around excellent tool for Artists, we thought that people who are participating in our 24hour Music Video Contest might want to use this service as well. We have already set up a Jumpcut Group called: “24hr Music Video Contest” (boring name, i know, but these people may not have heard of us so..). It’s pretty empty right now, but it lets you share video with other users and we’re hoping to get all kinds of clips - even from people who aren’t participating in the contest - everyone can use this content and remix it into their videos.
And, get this..
you can even email any video clips (max. 50Mb) you think might be useful for our group (ie: the 24hr Music Video Contest) to:

The main thing to remember about Jumpcut is:
You can share anything you can find on Jumpcut.
There are so many excellent features that i just had wrote a post about it on TechBlog so you can read more about it there if you like. Or, head straight over to Jumpcut.com and see what all the fuss is about.
