All our spots for Saturday and Sunday Art Marts with the Fringe at Street Fest sold out in under a week, but!! Street fest runs Thursday and Friday as well, and I’ve been given word that I can open up Thursday June 19 for one more full day of Art Marts.
Buy Thursday tables here! now! before they’re gone!
NOTE: We’ve just reduced the price of these! We really want to finish up with the table sales so we can focus on promoting the sale, so scoop these up folks and let’s move on!
PLUS! vendors who buy for Thursday will be given a few free hours on Friday as well, after the wrestling, during POP Montreal’s bookings Friday night (yes, wrestling. Should be done by about 6pm Friday June 20, so interested vendors could set up from 6-9pm).
Last year the Thursday of the street fest was a great day, sunny and hot, people poured out of work early and onto the street, and it felt more rebellious and escapist to be celebrating on the street on that day then on the weekend. Brilliant bands graced the stage. Many vendors did really well.
I am working on getting access to some free or very cheap tents for the art mart vendors, so I’ll keep you posted on how that works out.
From past experience, we’ve learned a bit about how to do this art mart, and noticed that people who sold neat things for under 50$ did very well, some up to 1500$ in a day. Team up with friends and share a table or just meet other like-minded artsy fun folk. There will be 15 tables available each day, so reserve now! Feel free to contact fringe AT indyish.com or call 514 - 691 - 9991 with any questions.
Price: $125.00 for one 6ft table and 2 chairs for 1 day.
Notes: The tables that were available at the Early Bird Rate have Sold Out! No refunds will be granted after May 15. Please bring your own TARP, umbrella or tent in case of rain or crazy hot sun. Reasonably sized racks should be fine. Sale of tables here on Indyish and spot selection during the art marts will both be on a first come first serve basis. Markets will run from 12pm to 7pm each day, possibly later. Tables and chairs are provided.
It’s all going down on St Laurent, smack dab in the midst of MainMadness alongside the Parc des Ameriques, corner Rachel, during the Montreal International indie Theatre Festival: the FRINGE!
