Indyish Art Markets at the Fringe 2007 Official Registration

Think craft fair! Think zine fair! Think BAZARRE. Yess, Indyish is producing a series of art markets for the Montreal Fringe Festival.

Over 100 Spots have already been booked by awesome artists.

Spots are still available every day, but from now on can only be booked in person at the Indyish tent inside the Fringe park.

This is because the Fringe fest has begun!!

If you have already reserved, you will be charged the pre-fest rate of 35$

For Day-of sign ups the prices are:

1 spot on a street fest day: 40$
Street fest days: June 8, 9, 10 - 14, 15, 16, 17.
Note: June 9th is for zines, indie publishers, indie record labels or anything themed text. Mini spots for this day: 20$

1 spot on a non-street fest Art Mixer day- free with purchase or 20$
Art Mixer Days: June 11, 12, 13

Indyish ART MARTS Montreal Fringe 2007
Fringe dates: June 7-17 2007
outside at the Fringe Tent - Parc Des Ameriques - St.Laurent and Rachel.
rain venue: Fringe Club ie; Club Lambi - St. Laurent and Mount Royal.

Dates:
Markets will be set up June 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15, and 17.
There is no market Saturday June 16.
There are street fests on St. Laurent June 8-10 and June 13-17.

Times:
Set up: noon-1pm
Take down: 8-9pm

Price:
35$ = 1/2 a table for 1 day. (comes with a free spot at the Art Mixer until supplies run out.)
17$ = 1/4 a table. (available for the Indie / Zine market day- here.)

If you would like to buy more then one spot or multiple days, just adjust the quantity in your shopping cart and let us know the details in the purchase note.
We are only selling the weekend and or street fest spots - June 8, 9, 10 and June 14, 15, 17.
Non-Street Fest day spots - June 11, 12, 13 - will be given free to people who purchase the street fest spots, until we run out.

Your table and chairs are provided.

Rain Days:
At noon each day the Fringe outdoor site coordinator (team Indyish star and switch hitter Tristan!) will decide whether we’ll set up indoors or outdoors. If there’s rain, we’ll be setting up at Lambi and Fringe volunteers will be helping set up and transport the tables and chairs.

Take down may be earlier on rain days as Lambi, the official Fringe Club, will fill up with folk and eventually get too crowded.

The markets are happening outdoors at the Parc Des Ameriques - the main venue for the Montreal Fringe Festival.

The rain venue for the markets is just up the street at Club Lambi. Club Lambi is the official “Fringe Club” this year.

The first people to arrive will be given the most visible spots so the markets can get rolling on time.

The Montreal Fringe is an international performance festival that includes 100 theatre companies, thousands of artists of different kinds and hundreds of thousands of audience members. This year it coincides with 2 street fests and promises to be the mostest fun ever. Seriously.

Friday June 8 = Alt Arts Art Market.
Special events onsite: Fringe POP, Street Fest, Graffiti jam

Saturday June 9 = Indie / Zine Art Market..
Special events on site : Fringe POP, Street Fest

Sunday June 10 = Art Mart.
This is only street fest take down day - but…
