Chris Budd of Indie Music Filter has put out his 5th volume of selected indie tracks for download. It’s a great collection of contemporary music, thrilling new sounds, and immediately singalongable loves. Right now I’m listening to “I Live A Lot of Places” by Woodpigeon (on blip.fm) after discovering them through the compilation and am experiencing that giddy kid joy of a new song friend. You can download the whole Indie Music Filter 5 collection as a .zip file here, as well as read a brief preview from Budd of each act, and check out links to places to purchase albums etc.
