i added the google reader (which was stressing me out with too much muchness) to one of the tabs in my igoogle homepage, along with feeds from a few sites and the digg application, and now i like it again, bc i can look at it in a controled little window and not feel like i'm swallowed by the rabbit hole of eternal blogness.

another cool thing i found recently is that with google reader you can add a button to your firefox browser that you click to make a note of any site you happen to be on. you can make comments in your note that appear in your reader along with the link, either for you to look at later or as a shared item with your google reader friends.

a bit like del.icio.us but without tags. facebook lets you do this too, sharing links with friends. my browser bookmark folder seems so old school, i never use it anymore, but i also like copying and pasting links into word docs because i'm a packrat.

I most definetly have! Garance Doré is a street style blog from Paris that has some beautiful portraits and illustrations. http://www.garancedore.fr/ and there is also: http://blogs.lexpress.fr/cafe-mode/ that is interesting and that Garance also contributes to.

Another great one that has been motivating me to follow my resolution to go see more vernissages this summer is The Belgo Report: http://bettinaforget.com/TheBelgoReport/

There's also Photoshop Disasters that Tessa introduced me to: http://photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com/

Another really good one is a male photography blog called Underneath: http://whatisunderneath.blogspot.com/

There's also drop me off in Harlem that is just cool animations: http://dropmeoffinharlem.blogspot.com/

Oh man, I have over 150 blogs in my reader right now, but I'd say those are some of my favorites.

I am a big fan of Google Reader too. I tried other feed readers, but there's nothing like the Google brand. Am I right?

How about the recommendations section? Have you found anything new that you like through it yet?
