Fringe Fundraiser shows and Fun Indyish tidbits.

2 upcoming shows to raise money for the Fringe Festival sound pretty fun, especially the Uncalled For people with Fraser MacDougall, who is dear and makes cool music. 2 tidbits for yah - Indyish will be welcoming Fraser (ie; FM HI Low) to the Green Room during the Fringe (June 17 to be exact) for his (yay) record launch. And Uncalled For, well they have a ’special bus’, a mini bus, painted black which Indyish is gonna help paint during the Fringe (June 8 to be exact) with artists hand picked by our favorite urban painters Peru and Faser. FRINGE FUNDRAISING FOR ALL

May 23-24 - Come enjoy your first taste of Fringe 2007!
On two hot nights, Uncalled For and Les Dames en Disdress will be
raising funds for the best St-Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival EVERRR!
The greater the attendance, the more funds raised, to make free shows
and parties at the Fringe an even bigger ride! And by bigger, we do
mean better, of course.

Uncalled For Improv will once again satisfy your “laugh-buds”.
This time with a comedic dash of this, and a musical splash of that.
Montreal’s beloved comedians will be presenting a long-form improvised
musical, complete with love, betrayal, adventure and lots of singing.
Improvised musical accompaniment and loop machine magic will be
provided by multi-instrumentalist FM Hi Low (Fraser MacDougall). This
show has only been performed in Montreal once before, at Uncalled For’s
closing show of the 2006 Fringe, so check out their new flava at this
not to-be-missed rip-roariously hilarious melodic soirée.

Les Dames en Disdress Raise Funds and Skirts
for the St-Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival 2007!
Let your senses be tantalized and titillated, with Dames en Disdress
new show Summer of Strip – Part II. Returning to the stage adorned with
pasties, boas, and as gimmick-laden as ever, these dames use more than
scantily clad numbers to charm us. Mixing it up, the Dames en Disdress
