Just hanging out in the shade of the Indyish tent, bobbing my head along to the lovely music of Puff and the Pillpoppers and using Alanah’s laptop, trying not to get a sunburn. I’ve basically been running in and out of my place and didn’t have time for some blogging UNTIL NOW! So let’s go crazy!
First of all, I know it must be nice and cool in your appartment right now, but come on out in the sun! With the 2$ Chow Mein, or even better, the African food out here in the beer tent, and lots of beer, just come hang out!
So if you’ve missed the opening party, you missed the dancing happening at Creature (who by the way, are a LOT of fun live- Saturday the 16th at Divan Orange). I did get some pictures of the dancing children. Check it-

Collective “awwwwwwwww!”. That almost makes up from a missing Fringe landmark. Where, OH WHERE, is La Capitaine? Shortly after Fringe last year, a friend and I ran into her and invited her to join us for a little evening at Divan Orange and then walked her home. I’m toying with the idea to go see if she still lives there, I have to admit I miss her dancing.
So, Creature were rockin’, the flame throwers were amazing and got a lot of “oooooh”s and “aaaaaah”s. We ran into them later that night and had a little discussion regarding facial hair and playing with fire. Conclusion: shave. Apparently there was a great deal of singed beard involved. Here are some photos!
