The Montreal Craft Mafia is born! Being freelance indie artists and secluded in our own studios, we were craving for like-minded communities, meet-ups, and just to have a conversation with non-cat person! We teamed up with the desire to:

• Support local creative business owner and indie artists;
• Promote a network of mutual aid and support;
• Raise public awareness about the handmade community and purchasing local products.

Calling all artists

Now, let’s get down to business; we are currently seeking vendors for the Fringe Bazaar, in collaboration with the Montreal Fringe Festival! Who can apply? Artists, artisans, indie designer, local or indie organization, Boutiques & consignment shop displaying handmade items. Your goodies MUST be HANDMADE by you.

The Fringe Bazaar will take place on the weekend of June 21rst and 22nd 2008 at the St-Enfant-Jésus Church, corner St-Dominique and St-Joseph, in Montreal. It will be indoors; for those familiar with Expozine, it’s at the same location.

Vendor inscriptions are taking place from April the 7th to May 9th 2008.
