Faustina’s cuff I

Faustina’s strengh is constantly manifested as she juggles being a young mother of 4, a wife, an artisan, a farmer, and an important motivating force for the group Red de Mujeres de Besiko. An example of Faustina’s versatility- she is going to begin computer classes offered to women in her community even though she can’t read or write. We’re all confident she’ll manage quite well.

The first of her cuffs is a lovely simple example of an orginal Ngobe design, entirely made by hand.
