Dr Dog – Indie Music Videos

by Risa Dickens

Haunting, poppy, Philadelphia-dark, with rickety clicks, tortured-soul harmonies, nightmare masks, and stories about exactly where we are… today’s indie music video tribute goes to Dr. Dog:

More Dr. Dog music videos can be found on page 2, and lots of sweet live footage from concerts, in stores, and radio appearances over on Indyish Video.

I’d never heard of Dr Dog until about a month ago, when my friend in Philly told me that the neighbour who’d just brought us homemade peanut butter cups was their singer. Since then I’ve been seeing their name all over the place (or maybe just noticing it now), and I’m glad to see such an interesting band getting good exposure.
