Dance Mess! Dance Mess! Tonight @ Mainline Theatre!

Tonights the first Mess of 2010, and it’s going to be awesome! It’s part of CoMotion Farm’s Dance Week Festival, which started this past Monday with film screenings, workshops, and yesterday night was the opening night of Common Space!

Tonight, Indyish takes the stage with the Dance Mess! Featuring music from Shitting Bear, Tasha Cyr, Elizabeth Bruce and Satellite Maps!

We’ve also got some great Dance performances from Allison Burns featuring Soprano Saxophone – Kayla Milmine, Violaine Morinville, and Rebecca Halls from www.IHOOPU.com!

But that’s not all, there will be two short films from filmmaker Desh Fernando.

And DANCE COMEDY from Peter J. Radomski! Oh and did I mention the show is being hosted by one of Montreal’s finest comedians, Faisal Butt!

It’s happening at MainLine Theatre, 3997 St. Laurent (just below Duluth).

Tickets at $10/$8 for students!

Oh, and one last thing, the shoes must come off! Really, you ask? Absolutely, there’s a great dance floor that’s been installed for the week, and we need it nice a ready for the dancers performing! AND.. YOU, that’s right, knock the shoes off, and bring your dancing feet!
