The Indyish server recently got a nice dose of unscheduled maintenance. That is, we knew the web server was going to be moved and upgraded sometime this week – we just weren’t going to know when or where until it was actually happening.

We just setup a nice and clean section on the site for Indyish merch. You can choose from several t-shirts with different variations of the Indyish logo and clever phrases. Original illustrations for the Indyish “heavy metal spool”, “punk”, and “superhero” logos were done by Iain Laurie.

today we put out our 3rd official Indyish site re-design. first there was the “Launch” design, then we had the “All Site Refresh” which was a design we put out around this time last year, and this time we’ve reorganized things into a loose, abstract design we’re calling: “Indyish Unboxed”.

the indyish backend upgrades have gone live!
there are still a number of bugs and others things that need to be cleared up over the next few days -
most notable changes (that i can think of at the moment) are:
- the new write post pages
- the new media uploader

There is going to be a round of site maintenance happening this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Maintenance Hours:

Wednesday, Sept. 17th (12:00am-3:00am)
Thursday, Sept. 18th (12:00am -3:00am)
Friday, Sept. 19th (12:00am -3:00am)

In case you were wondering, all times are Eastern Standard Time, GMT-4, or plain old Montreal time.
