Bloc Party Album Available Tomorrow for Download

The Bloc Party lads are feeling the quick draw, let’s experiment with industry conventions vibe, and have given us rabid blogging hoardes no time to get distracted by other shiny or shameful things. The release of their new album, the one they just told us about, is tomorrow. You can download it and pre-order it if you feel like contributing the cost of an old school CD (remember those tall plastic sleeves they would be in?) or you can comment about this exorbitant demand with relish and scorn. Totally up to you.
The British indie rock act revealed its third album, Intimacy will be available to fans through the act’s website starting Thursday Aug. 21. The band is accepting pre-orders now. If you’ want to hold out for a physical release, you’re out of luck until Oct. 28, when Atlantic gets it into stores.
