Formed in 2006...

We are a couple of friends who started making music as a hobby with the goal of creating a sound we like for ourselves.

After some friends listened to our creations and enjoyed what we made... we decided to produce stuff as a kind of "band" or "group".

We have been messing around with music production software for a few years now and learned the ins and outs of a couple of programs. From there it became easier to get the product we were looking for. We try and incorporate the unfinished sounds or "raw sounds" if you will with studio edited samples. You may recognize a few however a lot of them you probably wont. There are mixtures of sounds we recorded ourselves and ones we took from various mediums.

We will use pretty much any sound that we can get in a digital format. Some of the sounds we recorded ourselves include: Slamming on freight train tankers, using a hatchet to play a guitar (or actually scraping the axe along the strings), scraping wire brushes on aluminum barrels, opening and closing rusty push pumps, playing the digeridoo with the end inside a steel vat, a box of pots and pans being thrown down a staircase... and that's just to name a few. We like pretty much any sound as long as it has an original sound quality to it.

We try and use some more sophisticated styles when it comes to sound and melodies, but we clash them with the most debauch of drum beats.
