Twelve talented and hungry fashion designers are given the opportunity of a lifetime – a chance to break into the notoriously exclusive fashion industry. In each episode one designer is eliminated, until the field is whittled down to only three finalists who will design a collection to show in front of Canada’s fashion community. Ultimately one designer will claim their rightful place in the spotlight, winning the top prize, including $100,000 to begin their own fashion line, and a feature spread showing their winning collection in the pages of the country’s foremost fashion magazine.
