Thanks for posting this Risa! I've been following Canada's Bill C-51 proposal, but I haven't heard of this FDA legislation yet. Health Canada generally goes along with whatever the FDA decides so that would be very bad news for a lot of us indie cosmetics and soap makers. Booo! Hisss! Everyone Sign the Petition! Woah!
