- You are buying from the artist and the artist is responsible for shipping your purchase off to you. These homemade products ship in under 30 days.
Artists who sell their work here sign no exclusivity contract: their work can be found elsewhere and we think that’s good. If you buy their work elsewhere, we’ll still be broke, but we won’t be mad. We’re pretty sure that if we just keep doing our best for our artists and not being evil, then they’ll make sure we’re fairly treated too.
- Indyish takes only a 2% commission from sales. Paypal takes their cut, which comes out to about 2.5%. We hope that by enabling a group blog we’ll be able to make our money through advertising and also, once sales start humming, through the potent potential in online micro-capitalism .
- We have a very large price range because artists sometimes make small, inexpensive things and sometimes they make large projects that cost them considerably more in supplies and time. You can see our entire price list here.
