		<description>I disagree on the point about Williamsburg giving birth  to the plateau/mile end. the plateau was cool before williamsburg ever was, ergo was gentrified first...but at least it isn't sprouting highrises of condos

If we MUST draw comparisons, I'm more tempted to say St-Henri... or Griffontown. Griffontown nowadays, where it is all empty and industrial, but probably just about to take off like mad...

Just had to be contrary because i am kinda sick of people comparing everything hip anywhere to the bloody plateau.</description>
